MAKEUP LESSON PASS REQUEST

Each student will have the option to use two Makeup Lesson Passes per studio year. Makeup Lesson Pass requests must be received by 2:00pm the weekday prior to the scheduled lesson for which you are requesting a Makeup Lesson Pass. Saturday, Sunday and Monday Makeup Lesson Pass Requests must be received by 2:00pm the preceding Friday.

*A Makeup Lesson Pass will not be issued if the appropriate notice has not been given. Tuition will not be refunded for lessons missed by students. Please see full terms and conditions below.

MAKEUP LESSON PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Makeup Lesson Passes expire at the end of our studio year in June. Refunds or studio credits will not be issued for unused Makeup Lesson Pass lessons.

2. Makeup Lesson Pass Requests not completed by the end of the MJMS studio year are considered forfeited and may not be exchanged for studio credit.

3. New Makeup Lesson Pass Requests will not be accepted after May 31st, 2025.

4. Once your Makeup Lesson Pass Request is accepted and your makeup lesson is scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled. Refunds or studio credits will not be issued for missed Makeup Lesson Pass lessons.

5. Makeup Lesson Pass lessons are transferable within the same family only; please indicate if this is your preference in your Makeup Lesson Pass Request.

6. Makeup Lesson Pass lessons will be scheduled either with your regular instructor or with another of our wonderful teachers.
